Usage

analyze_one_environment(df)

Arguments

df

A data frame containing one environment with columns environment, genotype, replicate, and value.

Value

A tibble with ANOVA summary statistics.

Examples

df <- data.frame(
  environment = "Loc1",
  genotype = factor(rep(c("G1", "G2", "G3"), times = 2)),
  replicate = factor(rep(1:2, each = 3)),
  value = c(10, 12, 15, 11, 13, 14)
)
